Glue machine operation
1. Avoid operating the hot melt glue machine around volatile and explosive raw materials or gases, and do not store flammable and explosive items around the spraying equipment of the hot melt glue machine.
2. Do not use the Hot Melt Adhesive machine without proper protective devices, good insulators or good protection panels, and only professionally trained personnel can disassemble the machine for maintenance when it is needed.
3. Do not use the hot melt glue machine in the surrounding environment where the temperature is below 0 ° C and the temperature is above 50 ° C.
4. Try to use in the absence of fast flowing air. Because the hot melt nozzle combination is exposed to the rapid flow of air, due to rapid cooling, it will affect the hot melt glue flow of the nozzle combination, and it is easy to produce wire drawing.
5. When adding hot melt glue, at least one-third of the hot melt glue should be added before the hot melt glue in the hot melt glue pot to avoid adding glue when there is no hot melt glue in the hot melt glue pot, affecting normal production.
6. The amount of glue shall not exceed 80% of the total volume of the hot melt glue pot.
