3. Solid hot melt adhesive should be preheated with sol equipment before use. In order to prevent long-term heating, the time of carbonization preheating is generally not more than 2 hours or so. When using glue, if it is necessary to add new glue, the operation should be suspended first to prevent the glue from completely opening, resulting in uneven spray affecting the quality.

4. The addition of production operations should be mastered appropriately, do not add too much or too little. If the amount is too much, the colloid should be heated for a long time after carbonization, which will cause its deterioration and aging, reduce viscosity and affect adhesion. Too little will cause dry burning damage to the equipment.

5. Each hot melt adhesive should be different in the material process, there will be a corresponding opening time, and the entire bonding process should be completed within the opening time.

6. When repairing adhesive equipment for a long time, the preheating glue and working glue pot should be closed to prevent the aging of colloids.

7. The use temperature of hot melt adhesive should be strictly controlled within the use temperature range, too low will lead to gelation, too high will lead to carbonization.

8. To regularly clean the preheated glue pot and working glue box, keep the glue pot clean, prevent the accumulation of impurities in the glue liquid and affect the accuracy of temperature control, and even cause the thermostat failure leading to colloidal combustion. In general, under normal production and operation, the sol equipment should be cleaned once a month; The glue tank should be cleaned once every half month. It is necessary to establish a system for cleaning rubber tanks to facilitate implementation.

9. Residual glue in the glue tank, try to avoid repeated melting glue, long-term heating and repeated melting glue will speed up the aging of the glue.

10. Due to the different substrates, environment and seasons used, the use temperature and opening time should be adjusted appropriately.

11. Sol equipment temperature is high, do not touch with hands, you must wear safety protective supplies when working, to prevent burns, if accidentally scalded, please immerse the hot everywhere in cooling water to cool down, and then sent to the hospital for treatment.
