At present, filter manufacturers on the market for the inherent special use environment of oil filter products, with oil resistance, water resistance and tolerance to extremely harsh environments, generally use polyamide PA class hot melt adhesive.

Due to the different sizes of manufacturers and the different sizes of customer product specifications, in fact, they use manual gluing and automatic gluing of hot melt gluing machines, generally larger manufacturers, large production capacity, and more varieties of filters, therefore, more automatic gluing of hot melt gluing machines will be used, and only less manual gluing supplements; On the contrary, the production scale is small, or the production of filter product specifications is small, it is mostly manual gluing, especially in the shape of the filter paper and the filter frame adhesion and filling seal is often used hot melt strip manual gluing.

Color: With the improvement of quality and product matching requirements of air conditioning filter manufacturers, they will put forward color requirements for hot melt adhesives, and generally choose two kinds of white and yellow.
